We hear you loud and clear! Please know that this isn't the impression we wish to leave you with. I recommend Quickbooks for very basic tracking and bookkeeping items and only if you are a small business otherwise you should look for a company that doesn’t outsource their services, including and most importantly Tax and Payroll corrections. Basically in the end the payroll error was never fixed, I stopped using QuickBooks for payroll and have a massive tax issue in my hands that is still unresolved. They offered to fix the mistake if I paid $1500. When I called to get help again they just sent me to talk to the Bookkeeping Team which is a paid service. All this just to find out that they closed my case without notice or resolution and never told me. I waited 4 months for a payroll correction error to be handled by the supposed “experts” during this time I fell behind with my taxes because the IRS thought I owed several thousands more than I actually did. The customer service is not trained properly, they know enough to transfer yoh to an expert which is usually someone in a department that can’t be reached directly because these experts are mostly outsourced to third party companies, when customer service does get involved they make mistakes and don’t follow through with corrections. This last year the company has really gone down hill. Pretty much every aspect other than time keeping. Through these last three years I have tried Payroll, Mileage tracking, expense tracking. I am a business owner that has been using Quickbooks for over 3 years. ![]() PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN, it should have already been put in place by now! Aside from that GLARING issue, the app is win-win. ![]() Given that it’s the 21st century and with all the technological advancements out there, you’d think there would already be a much simpler system in place that allows for the import & export of data! Automate it, so I can add my past mileage driven in 2023 to “QuickBooks”! Until that import/export system is developed, I won’t be able to eliminate the use of the MileIQ app that I’d been using previously, as it contains my past trip(s) mileage since the start of 2023. ![]() It’s a much simpler way to automate the process, as opposed to having to manually enter your past trip(s) mileage on a trip-by-trip basis…….that task is far too tedious & time-consuming to put up with. I recommend updating the platform for a way to import CSV files, which then allows for you to import your existing mileage driven that has been kept track of on a different app prior to starting this “quickbooks” subscription. Overall its an excellent app and I don’t have any complaints, it makes managing expense transactions as well as your total mileage driven very simple, however, I do have one important request……. Excellent for managing tax expense deductions!
